60 Angus open heifers - first calf born 2-2-09- Current Avg. weight 800. AngusSource visual and electronic tags, heifers are all black and sired by bulls from Circle S Rito 6I6, Foresight, Nebraska, RND Ambush and Green Garden Prime Time. Avg. Birth EPDÂ +1.3, Milk +19. Fall 2009 vaccinations include: Virashield 6, 7 way Blackleg, and poured with Ivermectin, all calfhood vaccinated. Heifers running on cornstalks, wheat pasture, grassy alfalfa, and some corn silage to gain 1.5- 1.75 lb. per day.
